Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  7/9/03      Rate This Apartment     This used to be a nice place to live.Now it is inhabited by people who love to have parties at all hours of the night, and no one will do anything about it.They are terrible with maintenance, and the buildings are falling apart.
