| I lived here for 3 years during college and one year after. Jesse the Maintenance Man is great, become his friend - He can help you out. I never had a problem, towards the end of my stay they kept raising the rent but i was spoiled living there in a 3 bedroom for $820.00 when i first moved in - When i left i was paying $1020. Overall never had a problem. They started painting and never finished our complex, the stairs were replaced and they left us unpainted wood. My car was safe and i felt safe walking to my car or my apt. late at night. |
