Don't Live Here. Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  7/12/04      Rate This Apartment     Like many other people that have reviewed these apartments, I do not have the time to go into detials... However, I feel obligated to post this review in the idea that it may save another person pain and money. Overall I found every aspect of living at the Rivercrest Village Apartments to be an unhappy experience. The crime in the area is very bad. Your car will be broken into at some point... the cost for theft repair out weighs any move-in incentives this place may throw at you. Belive me... In addition, the Management Team is very unresponsive and will ding you for every dollar they can. Watch out on moving costs! The tennis courts are all cracked up... the basket ball court is all cracked up... the pools are a mess... your clothing will be stolen out of the dryers... good luck getting parking after work on Friday night... good luck getting a good nights rest on either Fri or Sat night... there is little natural light inside the apartments... poor evening lighting on the premises... the hot water heaters have enough hot water for a 15 min shower - this is a problem if you have roommates...the list goes on. Don't move in if you value a decent lifestyle.
