| I've lived in this complex twice over the last few years, and for some reason I didn't learn the first time. The location is excellent, as far as shopping and freeway access and all, but this particular street is just a little too ghetto for my taste. Not only that, but the management seems to be very unsensitive to tenants. They have screwed me a couple times on cable/internet access, there is about 10% of the guest parking that is needed, especially in the back, its terrible, and there are tow trucks driving thru every 30 minutes to tow you or your friends car out of un-used reserved spaces for no reason. There are ghetto-birds circling above probably once a week. I'm currently over-paying for rent and am moving to a much nicer complex with a similarly good location, for $100 less a month, albeit a bit smaller space. To sum it up; if your $2000 car has |
