Apartment Review for Natomas Ridge Apartments - Sacramento, CA

These apartments are clean. The layout is great. The staff don't speak unless there is a "problem". There is a washer and dryer in every unit! But they don't work. And only one maintenance guy knows how to fix it. And he's never here. They have security....and they don't secure anything. I have never seen them make any rounds throughout the apartments. In my unit, the pipes get so cold they create a loud banging sound and will only go away if you run the hot water! Try that at 3 am! They say....they'll check on it. Haven't heard a thing back. I put in a work order on wed. It's now Sunday. Nothing has been done about my dryer. They were better off with a laundry room. You are only noticed until you give them your money to move in. After that. Your invisible. I do however like to say thank you to one maintenance guy for always cleaning up after himself and being the only professional member of Natomas Ridge. A couple move visits and we'll be family!
