Apartment Review for American River Commons Apartments - Sacramento, CA

We moved to american river commons in Summer.But soon realized that the aprtments rea too old.The A/C and heating systems seems to be like centuries old.Our current utility bill is almost half of our rent. The Management is of no help and doesn't care even though the heating system is "Power Guzzler". We had to switch off the heater and live huddled in one room. We cannot afford to pay such "Egregious utility Bills"
