Apartment Review for American River Commons Apartments - Sacramento, CA

My girlfriend and I have lived here for 3 years. The crime has increased dramatically within the past 6 months. In fact, 2 smashed car window thefts within the past 3 days!!! Management does nothing to help the problem. I rarely see any type of security.. maybe once every month or so. My girlfriends car was broken into about a month ago and a laptop was stolen. When we went to file a report with the management, they were actually RUDE to us saying that they can't afford more security and that they have no responsibility in the matter. Since then I have seen 4 more break-ins (car windows smashed). YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
