Apartment Review for American River Commons Apartments - Sacramento, CA

Lately, apartments around here have cleared out like crazy, and I can't imagine why... not only have we had neighbors robbed at gunpoint in their apartment, but on top of that we've had my roommates car broken into (on top of the weekly car break-ins with almost no security). After they broke into his car, they broke into our apartment at 11 am, right after I left, stole the car keys and stole my laptop in one swoop. Strategically, the car ignition was changed, and it was parked underneath our apartment. Under apartment parking claims to be under VIDEO SURVEILLANCE, but that is a blatant LIE! When we told management that the thieves tried to take the car that night, and that they needed to look at the cameras, they told us they had been unoperational for 2 YEARS! There is ONE girl who actually cares, while the rest of the management, ESPECIALLY LOUISSE, don't care about anyone but themselves. AVOID LIVING HERE AT ALL COSTS, or you WILL be a victim of property crimes.
