Apartment Review for Arden Tropical Apts - Sacramento, CA

i'd like to say that the on site- manager is great,she listens to the tenants needs and get right on it,the ground and laundry area are always kept clean,if something needs repairing the same day or soon after it is done,...i love the updated applicances and the apts are very large,there is a park across the street and walking distance to rite-aid,99 cents store,restaurants and bus stop right in front,of course during the summer the kids are a little loud having fun in the pool,and there has been no break ins since i've been living here...i'm relocating to be closer to daughter's school otherwise i would still be here oh and you will not find a group of people hanging around all day or night....
