Apartment Review for Cambridge Park Apartments - Sacramento, CA

From the start I had problems such as a rude staff, damaged appliances (which they said were almost new),broken laundry facilities that take your money, office staff closing whenever they feel like (without prior notice to residents). Incompatent and rude/unprofessional mainatanence men. If you plan to move here make sure you do a really good walk through, mark down every thing and make the mainatanence men keep fixing the appliances until they get it right. Also do not plan to use the laundry rooms here as they have never worked and probabaly never will. If you don't mind living in a place where nothing gets fixed and the office staff are rude; then this is just the place for you !
