Capitol Place is a total "McPartment." Very corporate with their focus on the bottom line, they treat residents as disposable instead of valuable customers. They are incredibly unresponsive to complaints by residents, the community has a great deal of noise (especially from the under 18 crowd), and they illegally withhold deposits when you finally do say that you've had enough and move out.

Save yourself a big headache and rent from someone who actually owns the building and will value the care you take of their property, or if you have to -- with a company that has a little stronger hold on what ethical and legal business practices are.
