Apartment Review for Capitol Place - Sacramento, CA

I fully agree with previous reviewers that the management and leasing office staff are very unprofessional, deceiving, and unresponsive to your concerns. I don't feel safe living here. I have seen police (they came in multiple police cruisers) called to the complex late at night multiple times within a very short period of time that I lived there. You do not get what you pay for the rent. Do not rent from Capitol Place.
