Apartment Review for Capitol Place - Sacramento, CA

I have lived here for over two years and my rent has stayed the same. I love it here and the maintenance is great comes when I have a request. I work down town so it is convenient. The parking some times is hard however, I have a garage so it works out fine. The place is quite most of the time. Summer months by the pool are a little noisy. I have made great friends here. Some of the stuff they put is not true. Move in you will see this is a great place to come home to.
