Apartment Review for Capitol Place - Sacramento, CA

So I have lived at Capitol Place for the last year and a half. After the first month we had nothing but problems. One major problem is my roommate and I have water damage on our car that they do not want to cover, please keep in mind these are brand new cars. Capitol Place is not organized. They tried to say that we owed them money when in return and veiwing the money orders we over paid. But I guess they were going to keep that hush hush so they could keep the money and we are not talking about $20. More like $160. It may not be much but why did I not receive notice of over paying. Also the dispute about me owing they money took a month to dispute. I pay way too much to be disrespectd and made a fool out of. I can not tell anyone to not move in however just be cautious. One last note I would like to leave you with. You think it may be you living there with your spouse, roommate or children but they have a major ANT problem. Now when you go to look at the place of course you won't see ants or water damage. Its once they have you locked in. It doesn't take sugar or anything to set them off. they are everywhere. One morning I woke up to them in the in the dishwasher and all over my kitchen floor. I normally do not do these but I think people should be aware of what they are getting into. The staff could vouch for what I am saying because they should all know who I am in reading this so stop wasting your time and printing out your renewal documents because I wouldnt even want to live there for FREE. thanks for your time.
