Apartment Review for Corabel Lane - Sacramento, CA

I love the area which is why I moved here and the place appeared to be kept up. Nice flowers and such. But after living there for 5 1/2 years I'm finally free of the place. I had 1 car totally vandalized which subsequently the management had it towed, it was vandalized by my crack addict upstairs neighbors who were loud and obnoxious and had the audacity to say i was, me show gets up for work @ 4am and has not ever had a party or anything. Anyway car # 2 I had been parking near the mgr's office for a month, then parked it near the st for a cpl of weeks and went on vacation. the day after I cam back(i got into town late so didn't see a note on it) well anyway I came home from work and it was gone. They had it towed by a company far from the complex (which is against the law) and was gonna cost me $800 to get it out. I had just got the car (had it less than 2 months) and paid 1200 for it, their response "we called the police to be sure it wasn't stolen & left the note on it for longer than needed by law (what proof do they have) so we called it in for being parked in backwards" (the tow company said they told them it was abandoned). Right if they called the police it was registered to that address...a big bunch of BS. Additionally when I moved in the linoleum was ripped. Then had a water leak and they didn't properly dry the carpet so got mold. A leak from upstairs messed up my ceiling and they took 3 yrs to get it fixed despite the twice yearly invasion of my privacy for so called maintenance & safety inspections.
