Apartment Review for Cottage Bell Apartments - Sacramento, CA

In the past few months we've lived in this complex, life has been like hell. People swimming and making noise after 10:00 p.m. is the highest disturbing fact. Most recently, our new PS3 was removed from our apartment and replaced with a broken one...just because we trusted the staff to enter our apartment in our absence in order to fix our light. We could not have felt anymore violated than this. The office response was very unsympathetic to our stress and frustration. We can't wait for our lease contract to expire and leave this madness and unsafe place.
