Needs a bit of work
Review Date: 8/26/2008 Reviewer: Anonymous
I moved in about a month ago now and the maintenance man is top notch! WHEN, that is - the managers bother to give him the work orders. I have had to call him on a personal level several times. For the price of rent - we have a funky stove that leans and needs to be replaced. It has yet to be done. The main gate is security coded and its nice - so long as you have a car, otherwise as a pedestrian - you are essentially trapped inside your own complex unless someone comes along in their car to open it for you. So far there isn't a handicap "man gate" and after 3 weeks of complaining, it still has not been taken care of. The management claims they are waiting on the city and some bids to put one in. It had a slightly overgrown "unkept" look but I asked the gardeners nicely to do their darn job and now it looks better. Over all however, this place is nice and quiet! You have a fairly private patio if you live on the ground floor or "cottage" side, and very close to 3 major grocery stores, Rite Aid and about 2 miles from the new Florin Mall. I would recommend this place to any body - what is broken CAN be fixed |
