Apartment Review for Courtyard Cottage - Sacramento, CA

Lived there 6 months and left. Neighbors across the way had a constant party going at all hours of the night and the music prevented any peace and quiet. Dumpster divers frequented the dumpsters 24/7 despite a "gated complex." Laundry rooms the filthiest in Sacramento. Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, trash and leaves piled up in the corners, garbage can overflowing and the machines themselves dirty, and always malfunctioning and "eating" your money. Backyards of "cottages" are mud pits. Mailboxes antiquated and do not allow package delivery. No gate for walking access, without a car you cannot get back in if you walk out. No storage space in kitchen with limited counter tops. One dinky hall closet. Left the place absolutely clean and still was charged a ridiculous fee for "cleaning" by the management company out of deposits. For the price, there are better places out there.
