Apartment Review for Emerald Oaks Apartments - Sacramento, CA

I lived there for 3 years. Everything was alright even though i heard that peoples cars got broken into. Until a management company took over called "Brittan commercial" This company even has a seat at RHA Board of Directors. They forced me to move for no reason. I didn't want to really live there but did not want to move either since it's close to the freeway. The way they handled the whole move out was terrible there was no talking to them about postponing the move for 3 months. After i moved 2 months later i get a letter from their collection agency stating that i own them $2,500. 750 for a new tub. If you are going to move here please do something to that god dammed manager, I think the policy for the apartments are if you don't sue them they will sue you.
