Apartment Review for Emerald Oaks Apartments - Sacramento, CA

The area is a bit rough but Management Strives to keep riff raff to a minimum I have lived here for 7 years and seen several Managers come and go, It takes a special person to take care of all the needs this community has and I commend Brittain Commercial for bringing a lady by the name of kelli back. She is wise, helpful,kind and sincere. The people of this community respect her and the property shows this, while things might never be perfect she does what she can to keep it family orientated, clean and as drug free as possible. Her job can't be easy, I'm just glad she's back.
