This place is all appearances, but if you look for more than the twenty minute tour, you see. It's awful. Badly maintained everything, loud ridiculous neighbors, ridiculous restrictions and fines. And heads up, they tack on an extra hundred dollars in utilities every month. Cheers.  Need to rent an apartment?
