Apartment Review for Governor Village - Sacramento, CA

The property is extreamly ran down. It looks very 70ish. Not a lot of up grades. I been here 6 months and the pest control person has been here 3 times looking for roaches. Gang fights in the parking lots. The security gates are always broken. When you ask management to fix them, her reply is the parts are ordered. Not sure where the parts are comming from. It not like there no Home Depots here. I even see a couple gerneral hardward stores. This place is really a shit hole. And there is alway junk cars parked in the secured (HA HA) lot. AGAIN WHAT A SHIT HOLE!!!! OH THIS PROPERTY IS OWN BY FPI INC
