Apartment Review for Governors Square - Sacramento, CA

I've tried to get my fireplace repaired for the last six months! For starters, I keep getting the run around and have sent letters, and made phone calls, to no avail. I pay for this ammenity and would like it fixed. There is little or no securilty; I've had to call the police twice, and the noise from the street is pretty bad. Those reasons and considering the price I'm paying for this "joint" is good reason for leaving as soon as the lease is up. The scuddlebutt from the neighbor's, is that the owners want to keep the repairs down to a minimum, as they want to sell the place, so the buyers can build a high rise building. Who know......? Just don't rent here!
