Apartment Review for Governors Square - Sacramento, CA

I've lived here for a year now and while the apartment itself is nice, it is not worth the high rent they charge. I moved up from L.A. and didn't know the area so I grabbed this place first. Now that I see what other places offer for ammenities for a more reasonable price, I will be moving now that my lease is up. The sauna has been broken for 3 months now and the fitness room consists of 3 pieces of equipment. The carpet smells so bad its hard to even work out in there without gagging. The hot tub is not hot and the building is dirty. Maintenence? What's that? I also had my truck broken into along with 5 others. The gate clicker was stolen and the managenment was supposed to change the code after that. They never did and that's when my truck got broken into. Don't move here.
