Apartment Review for Greenhaven Park Apartments - Sacramento, CA

I lived here from 00 to 03. I am still trying to get my deposit back. This place was horrible and dangerous. There were always issues and management never did anything about it. The units looked like old motel rooms. Tile was comming up and the fixtures were falling apart. The garbage was always overflowing from the one garbage bin that they had. The worst part was the security. There were always fights in the parking lot and the police where always in the complex. I had some bad neighbors move in downstairs from me and I complained to the manager several times and he did nothing. Don't be fooled by the complex's changes. This has always been a dangerous place and if you have a family I would suggest some place else.
