Apartment Review for Hampton Park Apartments - Sacramento, CA

The turnover rate for manager's is pathetic and the last manager discriminates. If you're not Mexican, chances are you will hear "we don't have any vacancies". I'm sure there are illegals living there. We lived there for 5 years and there were four managers in that time frame. The place in of itself is quite nice, the maintenance man does his best but is over loaded. It is very convenient in regards to being near schools/bus/shops but -- What prompted us to move and the last draw was pest control trying to COME INSIDE the house without permission - to spray for "roaches" WE NEVER HAD! The manager failed to give proper notice of this and if our door wasn't locked from the inside - he would've walked in on my half-dressed, half-asleep mother. This manager plays favorites with tenants and quite a few of the residents live like its a ghetto. I have seen cleaner residential front patio's in 3rd world countries.
