Apartment Review for Harbor Oaks - Sacramento, CA

I wouldn't reccommend this complex! Yes, the place is remodeled.... BUT they couldn't have done a worse job! The carpet is pulled up at almost every edge on the wall, ANTS in our clothes, ants in our beds, ants all over the bathroom, ANTS crawling on us!!! I can only fit 3 normal size towels in the washer at once. Poking out nails in the closets, cracks in the walls, OLD sliding doors that are hard to open! Good luck getting your heater to heep your place even 65 degrees. Broken wood in out back patio. I thoght I was being picky at first but then all the little things kept piling up... All of this and we are in one of the remodeled. Not an old one. If you are going to move here I suggest paying the extra $25 a month so you don't have to pay the $1,000 to get out of your lease.
