RENT INCREASES EVERY LEASE RENEWAL!
Review Date: 1/9/2008

Rent increases EVERY year by at least $50. Now they are charging for covered parking spots. Not enough handicap parking. Apt. carts park in assigned parking spots and handicap spot. Skinny handicap spot and ramp up to sidewalk cracking and unsafe. Gates always broken. Cars get broke into, homeless going through dumpsters, ants and spiders everywhere, lake (pond) dirty, pipes clang all night long, can hear neighbors snoring and floors sound like they are going to cave in above you. Even though I'm not in remodeled unit and the continue to raise the rent every year, management will not upgrade anything. Countertops are unsanitiary, vinyl floors are cracked, laundry room smells like cat piss. Dryer takes two hours (or more) to dry a medium load of laundry. Carports are dirty and filled with spider webs. Not enough "other" parking. Garages for tenants are used by aprt. personnel to store stuff in. Mgt. continually finds reasons to come into your apartment whether you are home or not. Will not make appointments for this inconvenience. Management says they are acting on things, but don't. Pools and hot tubs are too cold and not available later at night. Not enough clean towels or water available in fitness room. Why do they have a room with a couch and big screen TV in it if not available to tenants? Stupid parties for residents, horrible decorations for holidays just cost the residents more rent money. Carts speed around the complex and newsletters warn residents about slowing down. Residents let their animals run around without leashes and sh** on the lawns, barking when gone. Management does not put a stop to it. Walkways are dirty and a hazard, especially to wheelchair bound residents. I will move out as soon as I can. I am just plain tired of all this, especially when they raise your rent all the time. I suggest you look at the newer, less pricey units in Natomas and pass this one by.
