Apartment Review for Harbor Oaks - Sacramento, CA

The location is great and the prices aren't bad at all for all you get! For anyone who says this place is too expensive... really do not know this area that well! I decided to write a review because of one review that i read where they were complaining about things that weren't true. You do not pay for covered parking spots, and the club house with the big screen tv is available to tenants free of charge! Just let them know when you would like to use it! It's great for pool parties. The only thing I would complain about would have more to do with a few rude neighbors... but even that's not all that bad!
