I never get repairs on time, I have had many issues with the managment, they are rude, un-understanding and the neighbors are incredibly loud. People smoke pot all day around here, I think my neighbor below actually grows it in his apartment, and its just not a very nice place for what they charge you. And they are only studios.  Need to rent an apartment?
