Apartment Review for Homecoming At Creekside Natomas - Sacramento, CA

Yes the townhomes and the ammenties is sure fire way to get you hooked to Homecoming Apartments, but beware. Because of the mistakes that I encountered with my leasing agent who had miscommunicated with us about when the rent was due we were forced to leave. It took management 2 weeks to give us a copy of our lease, which wasn't even official because a leasing agent never signed nor dated the lease. Because of the miscommunication from our leasing agent we we're informed of a different date to pay rent which on mid month through Nov. we received a call informing us we need you rent asap or your out of here. The management and staff were very rude and hostile. It was one of the worst experiences in my life. I have never been treated so unfairly and poorly by people who's jobs are to satisfy their customers. If it wasn't for the customers they wouldn't even have a job. I would not recommend Homecoming to anyone.
