To whom it may concern: If you are considering living in this nice property, wait till they fire this bitch manager named Joyce. This low life loser is not qualified to run a hot dog stand. She will treat you like hooker with a bad attitude. It is so apparent that she has no class, no education, and quite frankly she stinks. The staff is nice but afraid of this old stinky bitch and it is sad that all negativity views are reflected on them. I lived there for 6 months but I had to leave because she would always lie about scheduling maintenance and would talk to me and wife as we are desperate homeless. The corporate of this nice complex MUST realize how bad, rude, stupid, unprofessional this old bitch is. She probably was had bad divorces or not getting laid enough and she is talking out on her tenants or prospect tenants. She doesn’t realize that this is AMERICA and the market is full of nice/nicer complexes where people can get the respect they deserve. Sacramento Resident
