Apartment Review for Logan Park - Sacramento, CA

This place pretty much sucked. There were shootings, there were criminals, prostitutes, break-in's (right below my unit!), the cops were there CONSTANTLY. It was dirty, and there was an ant infestation!! They did not give the security deposit back, even though we cleaned the house before we left. The front office staff was rude. The neighbors were noisy, but i assume we were too since the walls were paper thin! The pool was dirty and the laundry room closed early. But i wouldn't recommend using it because you might have your clothes stolen!! However, I usually got maintenance to repair our stuff within a few days. and they WERE pretty cheap, and fairly large units with a balcony.
