Apartment Review for Logan Park - Sacramento, CA

The staff contains the biggest douche bags i've ever encountered and they're ring leader, Warren, seems to have a broom stick thoroughly wedged where the sun don't shine! They seem to work to cater to each other rather than to the tenants and security is a joke! What's an 80yr old man in a truck equipped with only a radio and flashlight going to do to secure my safety?? The parking is unassigned so if a jerk has 5 cars to your 1.. Chances are you're going to hike to your apartment with arms full of groceries and leaving in the evening to return shortly thereafter will ensure that you will be parked nowhere near your home. The number of children almost out numbers the roaches and if you don't like listening to mariachi music in the midst of your r.e.m. cycle, then you won't like life at Logan Park. They allow solicitors to harass you at will and they range from tamales made from food stamp money to clothes that went out of style long before Foothill Farms was a neighborhood. Oh! And lets not talk about maintenance. If you need something fixed it'll never happen, they'll just deduct it from your deposit upon move out. But they will schedule maintenance at the most inconvenient time for you and will not be too thrilled when you explain you need them to reschedule. During the annual inspection for low income housing, you will be asked to pay to get your carpets cleaned and to replace the dumbest items like sink strainers and door stoppers. Overall, your money is best invested in a complex that cares about the tenants who help pay for the upkeep of THEIR quality of life. Logan Park and Warren need to be condemned and reprimanded for lying on applications just to get tenants!!
