Apartment Review for Logan Park - Sacramento, CA

The staff at Logan Park is filled with emotionally disturbed people who are extremely hostile, arrogant, vindictive, and just plain out and out liars!! If you go into the office race home and do a thorough spiritual cleansing because you will be caked with whatever negative entities have made a home there. No eye contact that's not hateful and an attempt to intimidate you as if you're a slave there to serve them, act like you're wasting their time even though they're getting paid more than most of us to sit on their asses. Many make snide racist comments. They never do what they say they're going to do and if you persist as is your legal right as a tenant they retaliate. This is like being under Hitler's regime! I've heard blacks making terrorist threats, I have to listen to mexican music blaring from apartments at all hours of the night. The children are savages because some of the mothers are whores. When you confront them about their children they act violently even though your complaint is valid and then, go to Warren as if YOU did something wrong! The Russians each have 2-4 cars a piece and no one suspects illegal activity? C'mon!! I mean, what the hell is this?! Oh and lets not talk about the stealing your life center! Homophobic and both the apartment and the center are federally funded. But it doesn't bother them. Warren makes other business post a flyer for Logan Park Apartments but allows outsiders into the life center to do business under it with out a business license or other qualifications. They don't take responsibility for their actions and deflect what ever psychological problems they have on to the tenants. And if you want to do something really positive for the community you have to talk with the godfather before hand who's only concern is his warped ego and getting money. It just seems like the tenants are cattle and Warren is the master shepard. Nothing gets fixed because there is a prearrangement that upon move out they will charge you for what you've asked them for months to either make a note of or come to fix whatever's wrong within the legal time required. They just don't follow the rules! Another tenant told me they have awards...for what??!!! Being the biggest crooks?? I'm wondering why no one's filed a lawsuit against this place yet. Oh maybe because they are quick to retaliate and harass you!
