full of scum bags...and shills..ready to prey...a friend ..a dependant adult...was easy prey to these people....Not a safe place for any dependant adult..managers unfriendly...and un caring...complex is too big to be managed well..night security not adequate..and unresponsive when needed...  Need to rent an apartment?
