Great place to live if you deal or use drugs, since they won't kick you out for it. Also great if you like high insurance (b/c break-ins), loud tenants, law-breaking office staff (she wears glasses), random gunshots, fights in broad daylight, or kids who ask you for food b/c their parents spend their EBT cards on drugs; this is the place for you!
