Apartment Review for Medici - Sacramento, CA

I signed a 6 month lease here in january of 2010 and now it is may of 2010 and my apartment ceiling has something clawing and chewing the walls. Some nights it feels like its going to chew through and fall on our bed. Its actually 500 am and I cant sleep due to this pest problem. reported problem 3 weeks ago mananger said someone was coming out the next week and nobody came since I was home that day and never saw anybody try to help the problem. please do yourself a favor and skip this apartment complex! Im sure you can find a better managed apartment for the high rent they charge.
