Apartment Review for Northpointe Park Apartments - Sacramento, CA

This place is filled with criminals who live with their girlfriends. They may or may not be on the lease, but management really don't care. The children that reside in these apartments are very disrespectful. ATF, Swat, police, fire departments, welfare department, and CPS are regular visitors to this complex. The grounds are kept untidy and downright nasty. Management really didn't do much work. I have only seen them sitting in their office eating. You don't want to live here and thank God I escaped the turmoil that is going on in that complex. Also, some of the people act severely ghetto. I am pretty sure any one can rent and with my outstanding credit I moved in order to surround myself with like-minded people. People who get your mail by accident, don't open it. Or people who don't knock on your door to borrow everything ranging from a towel to using your washer and dryer. I feel safe in my new area because I am not constantly having someone knock on my door with a trash bag full of personal belongings asking if "Ray Ray" lived here. Move in at your own risk.
