Ok, so this is a low cost apartment complex. Mostly you get what you pay for. The big problem is crime. Cars get broken into and stolen. Gangs hang out in the parking lot. Places get broken into. If you are considering Northwood be sure you visit the places away from the office later on Friday or Saturday to get a feel for what the place is like.  Need to rent an apartment?
