Apartment Review
...Eh...

I agree with the last person. The place was great with Jenny Bentley. The management changed and seemed as though things were improving: parking permits so that no one parked in your spot (because that was a huge problem), a little dog area for them to do their business, and they repaved the parking lot. But it then started to get a little ridiculous. Jenny used to have the lawn workers come out tuesday afternoons around 12PM. Now they come around on Monday mornings at like 5 AM with their LOUD leaf blowers practically blowing directly at your bedroom window (if you live downstairs) as if they were hired to be human alarm clocks...some of us don't have to get up that early! Second is the fact that there are a bunch of freaking crazies that they have moved in and are also drug dealers. Not to mention the reckless kids who's parents let them play in the parking lot when there is an entire field next to the pool for safe playing, they also LOVE to play "Ding Dong Ditch". The management is also enforcing rules about what you can and cannot have on your patio/balcony so be careful. They are quick to tell you what you can do, but they are slow at helping you with issues in the apartment. Also make sure that you check the quality of the amenities in the apartment before you move in...things were falling apart left and right within a month. I have drawers in my kitchen that I asked to have fixed months ago. I am moving anyway so it doesn't really matter NOW after living there for 2 years. But just make sure it is up to par before you get in there. Another good thing about it though is that they let you know the rent changes before you decide to sign a new lease and in the time I have spent there, FOR ME, it has only gone up 10 bucks, they are really good about cutting deals to current residents renewing leases.
