Apartment Review for Pacific Oaks Apartments - Sacramento, CA

Terrible. Do not rent there. They never repair anything or return phone calls for repair. Once I moved in, they had one repair person for over 60 units, unprofessional. I gave them a 30 day notice and claimed that they didn't get it and sent my account to a collection agency for the amount of $1790.00 and for what. The dishwash door fell off and stayed that way until my lease was up; open light switches and the closet door fell off the top track. Ghetto!
