Apartment Review for Park Terrace Apartments - Sacramento, CA

I have lived here for 1 1/2 years i have to admit I was drawn by the price and when i first moved in i was a bit skeptical about wether I had made the right desicsion the buildings are a bit old my neighbors looked questionable and being a single gal u have to feel safe about ur neighbors. But was I wrong I love living here the staff is very friendly maintenance gets done right away, I talk all the time to my friendly neighbors. I live close to everything including the hornet which takes me to sac state. I guess its true wut they say dont judge a book by its covers....
