Apartment Review for Parkway Village - Sacramento, CA

This huge complex is located in the heart of the ghetto and police sirens are always present, as are the never-ending piles of trash. I should have gotten the hint this wasnt a good decision when we spoke to our rude apartment manger before we moved. She rushed us through the paper work and was very rude, threatening to close the office if we had not completed the paper work before her 6:00 shift ended. The grand facility looks great from a distance just like that 45-year-old year old blond you see in the bar after a heavy night of drinking. The further away the better! We were so rushed through our walk in we didnt get a chance to find all the existing flaws in our apartment. Once we noticed them and filled out the appropriate paperwork to get them fixed, our paperwork managed to lose itself and our issues never got addressed. We had to call the manager numerous times to get these issues fixed. Our ceiling leaked water for the 1st month we were here. The refrigerator door does not close, the AC blows hot air and that still has not been fixed. There is no parking without a permit, which makes it awful for guests. Even if you do have a permit it is a nightmare. Our cars permit was in the wrong spot on the front of our car and it was towed at our expense. This has been an awful experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone! Awful management, would not recommend this complex to anyone!
