Apartment Review for Pine Gardens Apartments - Sacramento, CA

Almost every negative thing you can imagine about an apartment complex exists here. Loud neighbors who like to party, very limited parking, small rooms and no storage space. Maintenance is sub-par (though the one maintenance guy is really friendly and helpful, managment refuses to pay for anything, won't bother repairing appliances even when requested multiple times.) There's major structural damages to some of the buildings, the roofs leak, and the electrical wiring is shot. Laundry facilities are terrible - there's always a few broken machines, and the ones that sort of work are extremely small - probably cheaper to go to a laundromat. Alot of crime happens in and around these apartments - most of the people who live there have had their car windows smashed and broken into multiple times, a resident was murdered in her apartment, and another resident mugged on the sidewalk out front. There's always unsupervised young children running around everywhere, and a creepy drug-dealer looking guy who sits out on the front side walk about 24 hours a day. The only good things are that there's alot of shade and trees, and it's close to the grocery store and the river. Otherwise, for the price, it's a ripoff, you're better finding any other apartment.
