Apartment Review for River Oaks Apartments - Sacramento, CA

I've only been in this complex for about 9 months now, and so far its really really nice. We had an apartment right by the fire station and you could hear their calls coming in and that was the only loud noise we ever heard. The management here is very very nice. They honestly care about you and your apartment. The maintenance isn't all that good. For the first couple of months there was a younger man who did the repairs, now there is an older man who does them, he doesn't really speak english very well, but he does get his job done...after some time. It took about a month for us to have someone come out and look at one of our utilities that was on the fritz. But overall, this place is great. Not expensive either.
