Apartment Review for River Terrace Apartments - Sacramento, CA

My roommate and I moved to Sacramento to attend Sac State and UC Davis. When we found River Terrace we thought it looked like a nice place and the staff seemed nice and helpful. However since we have moved in 4 months ago we have realized it was a mistake. Rarely do we feel safe. First there were the sexual assualt break-ins. Often I walk out and find notes on my car from various men in th complex. All that we dealt with and were still pretty happy. However tonight, I had the tv on when i heard gun shots. I assumed they were on the tv until I walked out a little later to the sight of 3 cop cars and police taking pictures of the surrounding area. I highly DO NOT recommend moving in here. As soon as our lease is done, my roommate and I are packing up and moving to somewhere we can feel safe!
