This place is constantly violating the law with decptive practices. They let tenants go for over 1 week with no hot water. The following days had people fleeing in mass numbers. Management filled the vacancies with gang bangers and section 8, no working, hang around outside day and night types of people. They told me that they do not do exit walk throughs of apts, LISTEN VERY CLOSELY EVERYONE! This is in violation of state law. They then took all of the security deposit after giving the demanded walk through and signing off that the apt was in perfect shape. EXTREMELY IGNORANT MANAGEMENT WITH HIGH HIGH HIGH TURNOVER They evicted a lady because she brought unsanitary issues to the attention of residents who took it to management. THIS PLACE IS A HUGE GHETTO< ESPECIALLY MANAGEMENT
