Apartment Review for Riverview Ranch Apartments - Sacramento, CA

My wife and I went in to rent an apartment. We gave a holding deposit and signed the paperwork telling us our move in costs. Two days later the manager called us saying we had to pay a double deposit. Keep in mind we make 7 1/2 times the rent. We were never told our deposit could increase and it was not on the paper we signed that had our move in costs on it. Now we are trying to get our holding deposit back and don't know where we will go.
