First of all this apartment complex is unprofessionally Managed by Dina Blanco she is a Habitual Liar. Misleading new Movers and lying to suck them in and suck their pocketbooks floating with dust and ruining families a neighbor of mines home was broken into they had cameras posted and they don't even work they charge water sewage and trash the Company, which she works for is AMC i understand this is a business it is also a place where people reside but they forget that part. I pay 860 a month and WST which is Bee S if i could compare this community it is hell on earth people have been shot/ killed in these aapartments officers chasing criminals and beyond that the management don't care about your safety or well being they just want to siphon every penny 65USD for a Late fee they don't make exceptions for those that get paid a few days later its considered late when i was ready to move she provided negative feedback for the agency i was trying to rent from even though she promised positive feedback very misleading it was 35USD per person on app fee and we had four adults, which came out to 140 we wasted our hard earned money to lose it because she is trying to force and keep tenants its not right they make you provide 60 days notice even though the lease is misleading if you WANT THE HEADACHE IVE EXPERIENCED MOVE RIGHT IN BUT TRY TO SAVE YOURSELF A BRAIN ANURISM
